Order
A mandatory order will include the following elements: ·

- other special personalization (sculpture, engraving and carving blade handle sheath)
- Contact information (name, address, telephone number and email) depending on the model, the availability of material for steel and the handle, special requirements, we can estimate time of completion and final price which I will communicate in an email in the shortest possible time.
If uniques are available, they will be sent within 48 hours.
Life under the guarantee conditions.
Knives are guaranteed for the life of the initial owner and must be without defects when it was received. Any product that is found to be a defect in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced with the same item or one of equal value, without any difference. Normal wear and tear, abuse, knife, tests or neglect in maintenance are excluded from this guarantee non-transferable. The guarantee of the organic materials: wood, bone, Horn, ivory, skins, it is only in the case of material defects, there is no warranty for aging, wear and tear or changes due to conditions of moisture from the air, just a recommended maintenance of these materials in environments with humidity and normal temperatures and constant, regular treatment and protective coating with specific substances (oils or wax). If you do not like the knife received
If you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can notify me within 7 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund of the price knife. Shipping charges are not refundable. In other words, if you want to give to a product you must send us a notice via email or fax that give the product.
The returned product must not be damaged, do not contain traces of use, to be returned in original packaging with all accessories and labels intact and take upon himself all the documentation accompanying the software with which it has been sent by via myknife.ro.

By placing an order the buyer declares that he or she is of legal age and that the products ordered will be used in a legal manner. I do not assume no responsibility for any damage or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product bought from me. It is the responsibility of the buyer, the seller, not to verify and to comply with all applicable international and national laws with regard to the possession and use of a knife or transport. I am unable to offer refunds in the event that the package was ordered confiscated by the Customs authorities or other institutions. Disputes and Conflicts
